Membership	Two Members appointed by the County of Fresno Board of Supervisors (7 members total - 4 appointed by City of Fresno, 1 appointed by City of Clovis)
Term Specifications	Four years
Compensation	$100 per day, Not to exceed 10 days in any calendar month
Duties	The District shall provide for the control of, the protection from and the conservation of flood, storm and waste waters. The District possesses all powers, rights and duties of a public corporation.
Qualifications	• Appointees may not be public officials of the County. • Appointees must reside within the boundaries of the District.
Meeting Schedule	Semi-Monthly
AB 1234 Ethics Training	Pursuant to Government Code Section 53235, if any local agency provides any type of compensation, salary, or stipend to a member of a legislative body or provides reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred by a member of a legislative body in the performance of official duties, then all agency officials shall receive training in ethics.
