Term Specifications	Indefinite (this board will cease to exist when all successor agencies it oversees have been formally dissolved)
Compensation	None
Duties	By statute, countywide oversight board have a variety of responsibilities, including: • directing successor agency staff to perform work in furtherance of the oversight board's and the successor agency's duties and responsibilities under the redevelopment dissolution law; • reviewing and approving certain successor agency actions; • reviewing and approving the disposal of successor agency real property; and • reviewing and approving requests to formally dissolve each successor agency when all of its enforceable obligations have been retired or paid off, all of its real property disposed of, and all of its outstanding litigation resolved.

Meeting Schedule	As needed, on the fourth Thursday of the first month of each quarter (per Bylaws, Article III, Section 1)
